For Polito Vega, his trademark “Andando! Andando!” (“On the move”) is more than a catch phrase. It’s a life philosophy.

The 71-year-old Puerto Rican radio personality is marking five decades working in Spanish-language radio in the city, the last 20 of them at the top-rated La Mega (WSKQ 97.9 FM).
