A 22-year-old man was arraigned today in state court on charges he beat an infant girl to death in Clifton.
Jose Flores-Rivera pleaded not guilty, through a Spanish-speaking interpreter, to charges of murder and endangering an injured victim after leaving her beaten without seeking medical attention. State Superior Court Assignment Judge Donald Volkert in Paterson continued bail at $1 million.
