SACRAMENTO, CA - Despite fears on Wall Street and a slumping economy, one aspect of the local economy does continue to grow.
The Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SHCC) reports the number of Hispanic-owned businesses has doubled over the past 15 years.
