After spending 38 years as an educator and administrator, Palm Springs resident Luciano Ramirez is now educating the community through books.
Ramirez, 62, and his wife, Tonia Bustamante-Ramirez, 55, have operated their store, Latino Books y Más, for five years. It has become their home away from home.
