ATLANTIC CITY - Hispanics are one of the fastest-growing ethnic groups in America, and the presidential candidates are targeting them with advertising and attention.
Political analysts expect at least 9 million Hispanic voters to cast ballots nationwide in the November election.

But in New Jersey, while political leaders said they valued Hispanic voters, the state parties have not yet finalized specific strategies about how to get these voters to pull the lever for their candidate.
