There were a number of things on the Insider's plate, such as Bret Schundler's mayoral aspirations, that delayed a column item on that little flareup last month in Trenton that pitted some Hudson legislators against the governor during the state budget vote. So, let's go back and take a look at the day of the "sit-in."
