By JOSHUA RILEY • EDUCATION WRITER COLTS NECK —If Freehold Regional High School District administrative supervisor Ellen Horowitz is right, voluntary summer classes are like a good breakfast cereal: kids end up satisfied.The district will offer three courses at Colts Neck High School, beginning Monday, to prepare district students for the coming school year. One class will focus on preparation for the state's standardized test, another on the special review given to students who failed the standardized test, and another will help students with study skills.
