BOUND BROOK —A Talmage Avenue nightclub was fined $12,500 and had its liquor license suspended for eight days for violating liquor license rules. The license suspension of Cafe Imperial, 200 Talmage Ave., will be served on eight consecutive Tuesdays, beginning July 8.
