As the minutes ticked away toward Spain's victory over Germany in the European Cup soccer finals yesterday, Juan Crespo knew a few people would soon be celebrating in the streets of the Ironbound.

"You'll see 20 Spanish guys outside doing cartwheels," Crespo, 30, of Saddle Brook, predicted from his bar perch at Iberia Tavern in Newark's Ironbound district.
