By ANGELA DELLI SANTI Sen. John McCain's campaign opened a regional headquarters in New Jersey on Wednesday, a sign of the GOP's faith in Garden State voters who traditionally vote Democratic. State Sen. Bill Baroni, who is chairman of McCain's New Jersey campaign, said the Arizona senator is the first Republican running for president to set down roots in New Jersey in 16 years.
