A nonprofit planning group un veiled a plan yesterday to subsidize mortgages for working families in Morris County to help them buy affordable housing in any of the county's 39 towns.

Morris Tomorrow is recommending creation of a two-year pilot project to allow all towns in the county to pool developers fees generated by residential and commercial development projects to create a countywide mortgage subsidy fund.
