In the wake of a recently concluded five-year accreditation report, Hudson County Community College is requiring all staff to attend discrimination and harassment training, according to memos obtained by The Jersey Journal.

"We are dedicated to creating and preserving a work environment that assures that all employees - on all levels - can execute their job responsibilities free of concerns of unlawful discrimination and harassment," Glen Gabert, president of the two-year college, stated in the memo announcing the mandatory training workshops.
