By CHRISTINE SPARTA The 87th commencement for undergraduates at the women's college featured singing, personal speeches and a musical interlude that prompted graduation guests to dance and clap along. It was also the last diploma ceremony at Rutgers for dean Carmen Twillie Ambar who will leave the university in August to become president of Cedar Crest College, a women's college, in Allentown, Pa. "I have no doubt you will shine in the world beyond Douglass," said Ambar. "I congratulate you on your accomplishments large and small, public and private."
