Hudson County Sheriff Juan M. Perez is looking for a few good men. And women.

At the top of this sheriff's "most wanted" list are more minorities and women to work in his department.

"Hudson County is extremely diverse and I feel strongly that the Hudson County Sheriff's Office should reflect the community that we serve," Perez said.

The 200-person department is currently 84.5 percent male and 16.5 percent female. White officers represent 61 percent of the officers, Hispanics 34 percent, blacks 4 percent. There's one Asian officer.
