CHARLES STILE Superior Court nominee Lisa Perez-Friscia declared herself a member of the matrimonial wing of the Republican Party last Thursday. Perez-Friscia, 37, told the Senate Judiciary committee that she recently registered as a Republican so she can vote in the June 3 primary for her husband, Michael Friscia, who is running for a second term on the Franklin Lakes Council. Friscia and incumbent Paulette Ramsey are being challenged by Michael Tulp and Charles J.X. Kahwaty. "I believe strongly in him,'' she said of her husband, and noted that she did the same thing in his first council campaign. Her transient GOP credentials were of no concern to Republican state Sen.
