By Peggy Wright Several organs of alleged murder victim Eliana Torres of Morristown have been harvested for transplantation, Morris County Prosecutor Robert A. Bianchi said on Friday. Torres, 26, was declared brain dead on Wednesday evening, five days after police say her husband, Kleber Cordova, 29, tried to drown her in the bathtub at their Western Avenue home. The victim's body was kept on life-support machines at Morristown Memorial Hospital until recipients in need of Torres' organs were prepared, authorities said.
