WILDWOOD - The paperwork is technically in English, although the J-1, H-2B, DS-1019 and I-129 forms can ring foreign to all but the most trained bureaucratic ear.

As shore businesses prepare themselves for another summer catering to a beach-going public, many will rely on foreign workers.

But with the summer comes concern that some businesses might be shorthanded as foreign student workers find more lucrative or convenient jobs in other countries.

On Wednesday, the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce hosted a seminar to help business owners understand the process of hiring and employing foreign workers.
