By CLEM FIORENTINO The state Division of Consumer Affairs has agreed to look into complaints involving the sequence of events leading up to the proposed closing of the acute-care facility at Muhlenberg Medical Center. The "Buy Muhlenberg'' committee, a group of concerned citizens seeking to find ways to keep the 130-year-old facility open, Monday submitted the results of its research to Kevin Noland, an investigator with the Office of Consumer Protection in Newark. Meanwhile, the State Health Planning Board has scheduled its second public on the proposed closure for 6 p.m. June 5 at Plainfield High School.
