By MATT KATZ Unlike any other municipality in the state, the chance comes along only once every three years for Camden's voters. State law mandates that the governor, mayor and voting public each choose three school board members in alternate years, and this is the voters' year. Eight candidates, including three incumbents, are running for three seats in Tuesday's election.
