GOVERNOR CORZINE SIGNS LEGISLATION

Governor Jon S. Corzine signed the following bills into law today:

S-1023/A-422 (Weinberg, Turner/Schaer, Watson Coleman, Cohen, Fisher) – Requires alternative testing arrangements be provided to certain students unable to attend tests at their regular administration due to religious observance.

AJR-79/SJR-36 (Cohen, Schaer, Fisher, Bramnick, Greenstein/Singer, Weinberg) – Designates April of each year as “Jewish Heritage Month.”
