Univisión watchers may be used to seeing Cristina Saralegui grilling guests on her talk show Cristina, Don Francisco bellowing at the audience on Sabado Gigante, or Raúl De Molina gossiping about the latest telenovela heart-throb on El Gordo y La Flaca.

But lately the network has called upon its star power for a different purpose: two 30-minute specials that tell viewers how the national switch from analog to digital television next year will affect them.
