By HEATHER HADDON PATERSON -- The company submitting the winning bid for bankrupt Barnert Hospital hopes to house women's health services and possibly an urgent care center at the Broadway facility. The building will not, however, contain an emergency room, as community members had hoped. Nor will it include acute care -- short-term treatment for severe illnesses.
