by Claire Heininger New Jersey voters who filed absentee ballots for the state's presidential primary will have a second chance to pick a candidate if the one they voted for has dropped out of the race, a Superior Court judge ruled today. Judge Vincent J. Grasso ruled that the Ocean County Clerk's office may distribute duplicate absentee ballots to "approved absentee voters who have previously submitted absentee ballots for withdrawn presidential candidates."
