By EDWARD VAN EMBDEN MILLVILLE - The concern of the Millville School District is whether the state will be there in the long run to support its own radical initiative. At a recent school board meeting, faculty representatives from the city's two high schools gave a presentation - complete with animated text - on just what a small learning community, or SLC, is.
