By Evelyn Lee The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) says it will be unveiling next week a new financing program for small businesses called "FastStart for small business." Under the new program, credit-worthy companies that have been in business in the state for at least one year may be eligible for low-interest financing up to $300,000.
