Victor Manuel Ramos Hispanics' share of the electorate in Florida is growing, but you wouldn't know it from the behavior of the presidential candidates. A few candidates and surrogates have made occasional appearances in Hispanic neighborhoods from Miami's Little Havana to east Orange County. Some Spanish-language ads surfaced as Republicans descended on Central Florida this week. But overall, the primaries are a nonevent for many Latinos.
