NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - A Midwest-based developer of shopping centers and mixed-use projects sets up shop in New Jersey, where it plans to invest up to $1.5 billion. A spokesman for Tucker Development Corp. says it now has an office in Newark and has some New Jersey projects under negotiation....
