BY WILMA HURWITZ Let's start with a visit to Raul's Empanadas Town. Situated on Morris Street, Raul's is between a few larger restaurants and within walking distance of businesses going up Morris Street toward the Green. The cozy dining room sports colorful blue and orange walls decorated with spoofy cartoon pictures of Raul's different kinds of empanadas. The empanada is essentially a stuffed pastry. According to Wikipedia, the name comes from the Spanish verb empanar, meaning to wrap or coat in bread. Usually the empanada is made by folding a thin circular-shaped dough patty over the stuffing, creating its typical semicircular shape.
