PASSAIC -- Higher education is coming to the city.

In September, Passaic County Community College plans to offer a dozen college-level courses and its popular nursing program at 2 Paulison Ave., college President Steven Rose said Monday by telephone.

Construction is nearly finished on the new campus, a 50,000-square-foot, three-story, peach-brick building, located between the Passaic River and Route 21.
