Plaza Fiesta Carolinas is like no mall you've ever seen in the Charlotte region, and Arturo Adonay is like no developer you've likely ever met.

Adonay is a partner/owner of the $30 million Latino-themed mall that partially opened two weeks ago behind Frugal MacDoogal's near Carowinds.

It's a mall where you can start a business by renting space for as little as $350 a month with a 30-day lease.
