By ALONSO HEREDIA Ramona Carrillo came to the Latino Economic Growth Expo on Saturday to obtain help with a dream to open a business. Carrillo, 56, was born in Nicaragua and has lived in Pennsauken since 2005. She became a legal resident after being sponsored by her son, Carlos Quezada, who is an American citizen. Because of her plans to open a restaurant, Carrillo decided to attend the expo at Rutgers University. Despite her lack of English proficiency, Carrillo did not have any problems gathering information to open her own business.
