By JULIET FLETCHER VINELAND - Ahead of Friday's more formal announcement, mayoral candidate Bob Romano on Wednesday revealed his slate of running mates who will compete for seats on City Council. The list includes former city Health Director and Officer Louis Cresci Jr., Vineland school board member Mayra Arroyo and former council candidate Pete Coccaro.
