By LISA GRZYBOSKI Camden County's all-Democratic freeholder board and Cherry Hill's all-Democratic mayor and council rang in the new year Wednesday with promises to continue economic growth and reduce the cost of local government. Both county and township elected officials also pledged at their separate reorganization meetings on Wednesday to develop energy policies aimed at conservation and cost savings.
