By HEATHER KAYS PROSPECT PARK -- Although this tiny borough boasts a diversity that resembles a mini-U.N., officials say they have no problem accommodating the masses. In fact, it's simple, according to Mayor Mohamed Khairullah. "As elected officials we do honor the requests of the community," Khairullah said. "The door is open for the freedom to practice." Khairullah said that the borough has never turned down a request for a religious or ethnic celebration.
