By CAITLIN KELLY For most high school students in Westchester, going to college is a given. But for many Hispanic teenagers, higher education can seem like a costly, intimidating fantasy. One local college — Mercy, a 57-year-old private institution whose main campus is in Dobbs Ferry, with satellite campuses in White Plains, Yorktown, Manhattan and the Bronx — has attracted national recognition for welcoming Hispanic students.
