By DENISA R. SUPERVILLE WASHINGTON -- The House postponed action Wednesday on a free-trade agreement with Peru that would eliminate most export tariffs to the South American nation and pave the way for new markets for U.S. products. If the U.S.-Peru Trade Promotion Agreement Implementation Act wins approval on a vote now scheduled for Thursday, the bill will head to the Senate for consideration later this month ... Paterson businessman Norberto Curitomai, 49, who is on the board of directors of the Peruvian-American Political Action Committee of New Jersey, said Wednesday that the community would be excited by House passage of the agreement.
