Just read the Ledger story about the scramble to fill Neil Cohen's Assembly seat.  I know there are a lot of discussions as to what Latino should get that seat -- and that story doesn't include everyone who is interested in doing so.  Anyone out there care to guess who has the best shot?  Is there a Latina in the mix?  If not, why not?  Curious if anyone has any thoughts on this -- or do you think it will be business as usual -- so-called party leaders making decisions in the back rooms?
