The Real Estate Development course will be taught by dynamic speakers and professionals from throughout the region.  Students will learn an in-depth overview of the terms, concepts, players and the process of real estate development.  Industry leaders will delve into the many nuances of this complex subject matter and leave attendees with a better understanding of implementing and developing a redevelopment project.  In addition, participants will learn the roles and responsibilities of the project team, market analysis and property acquisition strategies.

The Finance course will introduce the key components of real estate finance.  Students will learn the terms and conditions along with a review of loan applications and closing documents.  Participants will have the opportunity to analyze and develop project financials, calculate debt capacity, loan payments and return on investments.  Be prepared to explore the various tools and incentives used to close financing and improve project feasibility. *A calculator is mandatory for this course.
